Course Description:
This course is an excellent way for your student to review the skills they built as a foundation in Algebra 1 while they get prepared to take Algebra 2. As the skills from Algebra 1 are reviewed, students will learn how these skills are applied in their Algebra 2 class.
Topics that are new to students in Algebra 2 that will be introduced include: factoring polynomials, graphing systems of linear inequalities, operations with imaginary numbers, simplifying rational and radical expressions, solving rational and radical equations, and logarithms.
Algebra Two is now an important part of the NEW SAT . This course will review those topics that are included on that test.
